What is better in bb guns 0.9 joules or 0.86?

i am looking two get a gun and i have 2 in mind and they have 2 different joule measurements one is 0.86 and the other is 0.9 so which is better and also the place im going requires the joule be under 1 joule 0.86 and 0.9 are under that right
