Where to live? your opinion on this case?

I would pick your dad because living with your mom would ruin your friendship because Madness and depression spread really fast. Plus with your dad you get a lot of pros. And the thing with your brother, no offense and i hope he gets better, but he is going to wind up in jail, dead, or eventually come out of it. So don't worry about it.
