Tips for my shot today!?

So i have to get a shot to go to my cheer camp on monday.I honestly dont know why but i just need to.The thing is im petrified of needles.I start shaking like a maniac.I also havent had one since i was in 1st grade. (Im going into 7th).I need some tips that can help me or try to distract me.Please help!
