How do you know if a player (flirty) is interested?

i know this guy, we consider ourselves friends. i happen to know he is a player, i watch it everyday. he flirts with me all the time though...i like him too...when we have bets whether he can get a girl and when he wins, im just like "awesome dude" and we do that handshake boys do...he doesnt do that with other girls...he knows i rejected a lot of guys and he teases me all the time...at our dance he asked me to dance with him but it was during our bet when he had to dance with 20 girls in an hour...is he playing with me? in ou cles together he always comments on whatever i do. he usually flirts with Hispanic girls or African American girls cuz at my school most of them are the "bad girls" but im also a "bad girl"...well everyone thinks of me as one...they talk behind my back...at our school there is a "bad boy" list, hes #2....he flirts, he teases, he plays around...does he like me?
