How much water does a 4.5 kilo (10.5lbs) baby need?

This is for a child who is genetically slow to grow and has a nasal gastric tube in at the moment but can take the bottle. He has some reflux at the moment so i just want to be sure he is getting the right amount of liquid (through his NG tube)
