Do some misuse the REPORT function?

People misuse everything on here in a number of ways. Get a legal answer they do not like, its a thumbsdown. Not because the post is wrong, but because they are jerks. Otherws misuse the question forums and ask some of the stupidest, lowest intelligent questions i have ever heard in my life, if i was not waiting for a jury to come back I would ignore them, but as I have nothing to do right now, its wait time. It is crazy to think some of these people are able to vote.
