Are the black greek step fraternities and soriorities like in "Stomp The Yard" only in HBCUs?

I am african american and I was thinking about college and wondering if they do black greek stepping only in HBCU or do they do it in Colleges like Michigan State/Wayne State etc. ? Thank You : )
