Does anybody know any Stargate Int'l Cargo number here in the Region 6?

I have been calling the Stargate Int'l Cargo number 028749126 for more than 1 month now and this number is always busy during the day, and only rings during weekends and nighttime..i am about to go back to UAE and my package has not yet arrived..Can anybody please give me a contact number for any Stargate office here in Iloilo City or Region 6?..Im hoping that the line is not as busy as it is in their Manila office.I can no longer wait for them to send it in my doorstep, i would rather pick it up at any of their branch..This is so disappointing coz it is almost 60 days now.to think, all of my colleagues send cargo through stargate thats why i chosed it too..this is not a very nice experience for me..If i could have contacted their manila office number, i could have felt better..i have no way to trace my cargo..
