Is this a good way of asking out this girl i like at my school? (LADIES help plz)?

I meet this beautiful girl at school i have known her for a while. We have a weird relationship. I see her every day at school in the morning, at lunch and after school. every time i see her i say hi and give her a hug. she gives me a big long hug. one time some girl that we know saw us hugging and said "awww you two are so cute" the girl i was hugging lets go and says"shut up" but doesn't scream it she just says it. I was thinking of asking her out today. i was going to go up to her and say" hi" give her a hug and say" there is something that i have to tell you." grab her hands and say "I really like you, and i think that you are very beautiful, and i was wondering if you would like to be my girl friend." and give her like a little smile after that just a little one. So waht do you think GOOD or NA. help plz
