hi im 13 5"3 (havent hit growth spurt yet) 125 somewhat fat. i need to increase my shooting aglilty/speed and ballhandling and hops. i recently changed my shot via my coach telling me ( 1 handed) too and i worked with to where i can use it in my games but am not 100% confident with it yet. im as slow a pig. i run cross country also so is that helping or hurting me.So if any has a schedule i can do like Monday- do this and this Tuesday-blah blah like that it would be helpful. my goal is D3 bball haha
