Mary jane blood test detection time?!?!?!?

so today is the 19 and i BARELY had any mary jane on the 17 and i am not a regular smoker, will i be caught next month on the 7th on my blood test? its not a drug test, its to see how im doing, and if its possible, could i smoke on the 25-28???? I am really worried and would appreciate answers :)
