I spilled acetone on my leg and it left a weirdly textured mark, is this bad? What can i use to treat it?

i was doing my nails and i spilled acetone on my thigh. it left a stretch marked shaped line on that area(burgundy colored) and it feels hard and stubbly. Is this a bad sign? Or is my skin just damaged? What can i use to treat it?
