HELP! Relocated, Pregnant and Don't know who to use for OB/GYN!!?

We have relocated 12 hours from our hometown to New Prague Mn, and we just found out we are pregnant with your 3rd baby. My Ob/gyn is of course too far away to use.....and I am very nervous b/c I will need to have my 3rd c-section and I haven't seen an ob/gyn here. Does anyone either live around this area and can recommend someone , we are about 45 min south of MInneapolis/St. Paul, or has anyone relocated before and have any information on how to find good doctors. We don't have any family here or very many friends yet so I'm just kinda freaking out! Thanks so much for your help!
