HELP ME! i am haveing a boyfriend situation and i meed a dr.phil?

ok,everyone out there i need some help!this is my sistuation.........i have this boyfriend and i realy like him he is realy cute! but my problem is i dated him 2 be 4and th 1st i dumped him and the 2nd he dumped me.but both time we date long than a month so that means we like each other.but he ask me out AGAIN and i said yes but i still worrry that we wills till have problems and he will just break my heart again.i said no at 1st but then he was realy polite too me .for instance he ask 2 dum my tray 4 me,he bought me a neckklace that was 14 carrot gold, and he said i was beautiful.but the big thing that made me say yes was whne we had dance partners for our christmas play and girls had 2 be partner with boys he picked me.and then he ask me out and i said yes.i don't know what 2 think though i like him but what if he is just gonna play me like a guitar again.so do i take him back or not?
