Guys: Would you do this if you liked a girl?

I received an anonymous present that was left in front of my doorstep (although anonymous I found out who it was from) &.. It's a Love Pup pillow pet (red dog w/ hearts all over it) it's sprayed with so much cologne! & the ribbon on top of it was the ribbon that I put on his birthday present a couple of months ago. So my question is.. does he like me or not? Would a guy go through all of this trouble if he wasn't Slightly interested? Thanks. For the help!
