Could i be preg again?

i have a 5 mth old baby,i stoped feeding last month,i was wondering if i could be preg again? i am doing a test tomorrow but just wanted some advise...here are my symptoms, i have had sore ovary's, i have felt sick in the mornings(but also have NOT been eating breakfast) i have had spotting(i have not had a period yet from the last preg) i have has really sore (but i still seem to have a little bit of milk left) what do you think?
